Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped the next business day. (Note: Orders placed on Fridays are shipped on Mondays.) During collection launches and sale periods, the delivery process may be delayed due to the large number of orders.

Orders are usually ready for collection 5 working days from the reception of the shipping confirmation email. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
To collect your order in store you will need to bring:
• The confirmation email stating your order is ready for collection
• A valid ID
Important: Please collect your order within 15 days, passed that delay, the order will be restocked and refunded.
Once the order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address.

However, due to limited stock availability, if you would like to secure your item, we encourage you to submit a new order the product/size desired and return the original order/item (within 14 days of receipt).
International returns
The return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense. International customers will be refunded the equal amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus the return shipping label provided during the request return.
Metropolitan France returns
The return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense.
Please keep proof of dispatch of the return until you receive confirmation that your refund has been processed or that you can proceed with the exchange.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
If the gift was purchased from us online, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
If you return an item to us, you will receive your refund via the original payment method.
If you paid by card, the value of the item will be credited to your card. If you paid by PayPal, the value of the item will be credited to your PayPal account.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.

End of Season Sales items are not refundable. They can only be exchanged for a e-store credit or for a different size if the order has been delivered in Metropolitan France.
